B. This warranty is only applicable to the Original (First) Purchaser (Customer) and is not assignable or transferable to any other user or third party.

C. The warranty shall not be applicable if the customer did not approach BSK Basic (BSK) about the reported defect or problem during the period specified in 'A' above.
